6 Day Meal Plan

Breakfast-

4eggs whites,

1 cup of yogurt,

and 2 glasses of milk.


Mid morning snack-

2 glass of juice(pineapple),

and 4 tablespoons of peanut butter.


Lunch-

Chicken breast,

2 glasses of milk,

and vegetable with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.


Afternoon snack-

protein sake,

glass of milk,

4 eggs,

and 4 bread.


Dinner-

Boil Chicken,vegetables,milk.


After Dinner Snack-

protein shake,

 and yogurt.
